Terms of Service
Effective: October 2, 2026
Last updated: October 14, 2026
About these terms
These Terms of Service describe the conditions for using the Granthill Network website and engaging our information technology consulting and support services. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Granthill Network; “you” means the visitor or client. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to represent it and approve the commitments you make.
A written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement accepted by both parties defines each engagement. Specific project provisions take priority over these general terms for that project. Browsing the website or making an inquiry does not, by itself, create a paid consulting engagement.
Our service scope
Our work focuses on IT Service Transition Planning, Technology Change Readiness Assessment, Software Adoption Support, Technology Handover Documentation, and Post-Implementation Workflow Review. Depending on the agreed scope, deliverables may include transition checklists, implementation schedules, readiness reports, user orientation materials, handover guides, documented procedures, and transition review reports.
These services support the organizational and practical aspects of technology change. Software licensing, custom development, infrastructure administration, system migration execution, security testing, and continuous operational support are included only if expressly specified in the written agreement. Recommendations do not transfer responsibility for your technology environment to us.
Agreeing an engagement
Before work begins, the parties should confirm the objectives, existing tools, intended users, deliverables, assumptions, review process, client responsibilities, fees, and expected schedule. We may request further information to determine whether the proposed work fits our services. An inquiry or an advertised starting price is not a binding quotation.
Services begin after the scope and commercial terms have been accepted and any agreed initial payment or required project materials have been provided. We may decline a request that is outside our capabilities, conflicts with existing commitments, or would require unlawful access or use.
Client participation and information
You are responsible for providing accurate descriptions of your systems and workflows, identifying an authorized project contact, arranging appropriate stakeholder participation, and reviewing deliverables. Readiness reviews and workflow assessments depend on the quality and completeness of information made available to us.
Provide only materials you have permission to share. Obtain appropriate notices or permissions before supplying information about employees, customers, or other individuals. Use redacted examples where practical, and discuss any need for restricted information before providing it. Do not place account passwords or payment credentials in a general inquiry.
Schedules and dependencies
Dates stated in a proposal are based on the dependencies and assumptions identified for that engagement. Timely access to relevant information, stakeholder availability, feedback, and decisions are necessary to maintain the schedule. If a dependency changes, we will discuss a revised sequence or delivery date.
A delay does not automatically expand the original scope. Where a prolonged pause affects resource availability or requires repeated work, the parties will agree any additional work and related fees before it is performed.
Fees, currency, and payment
Website prices are starting prices for the stated service and are shown in United States dollars unless another currency is expressly indicated. The final fee is confirmed in the accepted proposal and depends on the tools, teams, documentation, and review requirements involved. Applicable taxes and approved external expenses will be identified when relevant.
Payment timing, any deposit, invoicing milestones, and available payment methods are agreed in writing. We do not authorize recurring charges merely because you make an inquiry. A disputed invoice should be raised promptly with a clear explanation; the parties will work to reconcile the disputed portion while addressing undisputed obligations.
Changes and additional work
Requests for additional tools, departments, interviews, documents, orientation sessions, or revisions outside the agreed brief may require a scope change. We will identify the effect on cost and timing and obtain written agreement before beginning chargeable additional work.
A request to correct an error in an agreed deliverable is distinct from a request to change the original requirements. Changes caused by newly supplied information or a change in the selected software will be evaluated against the accepted scope.
Delivery and review
Deliverables are provided digitally in the formats agreed for the engagement. Review stages, included revision rounds, and any acceptance criteria are established in the proposal. Please identify requested corrections by referring to the relevant document, procedure, or requirement so they can be addressed efficiently.
If a delivered item materially differs from an agreed requirement, contact us with sufficient detail to assess the issue. We will discuss an appropriate correction, revised delivery, or other remedy. An orientation session or handover document cannot account for every later software release or organizational change.
Cancellation, pauses, and refunds
You may request cancellation or a pause in writing. Unless the accepted agreement states otherwise, cancellation before work begins results in a refund of prepaid service fees, less any separately disclosed, approved, and genuinely nonrecoverable external costs. Cancellation after work begins is reconciled against work actually completed and approved nonrecoverable costs.
Unused prepaid fees beyond those amounts will be refunded. If we cancel an engagement, we will account for completed work and return prepaid amounts relating to services we will not provide. A refund request should identify the project and reason so that the delivery record and payments can be reviewed. Mandatory cancellation, refund, and consumer rights remain unaffected.
Ownership and permitted use
You retain ownership of materials, system information, and existing documents you provide. Unless the project agreement specifies otherwise, after payment of the applicable fees you may use, reproduce, and adapt the client-specific deliverables internally for your organization and share them with authorized personnel supporting that organization.
We retain our pre-existing methods, reusable templates, general know-how, and website content. Where those materials are incorporated into a deliverable, your internal-use permission extends to their use within that deliverable. Neither party acquires ownership of third-party software, trademarks, or documentation.
Confidentiality and privacy
Nonpublic business information shared for an engagement should be used only to carry out that engagement and meet related legal or administrative obligations. Access should be limited to people with an appropriate need to know. More specific confidentiality or data-handling requirements may be documented in a separate agreement.
Confidentiality restrictions do not cover information that is already lawfully public, independently developed without use of protected information, or lawfully obtained without a confidentiality duty. A legally required disclosure may be made as necessary. Personal information is addressed in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party tools and client decisions
Your software providers remain responsible for their products, licensing terms, service availability, and technical changes. References to a tool do not imply that we own it or are an authorized partner. You remain responsible for selecting licenses, approving changes, maintaining backups, and implementing recommendations unless the written scope expressly assigns a task to us.
Consulting findings reflect the information and product behavior available during the engagement. They are professional recommendations, not a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, universal employee adoption, a particular efficiency gain, or a financial outcome.
Responsible website use
Use the website lawfully and provide truthful information when communicating with us. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, distribute malicious material, impersonate another person, or copy protected content for an unauthorized commercial purpose.
We may restrict abusive activity or suspend affected services where reasonably necessary to protect people, information, or systems. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain an engagement-related suspension and discuss how an outstanding issue can be resolved.
Responsibility and applicable rights
We will perform the agreed services with reasonable professional care. The website and general informational content may contain errors or require updating, and should not replace an engagement-specific assessment. The parties should address any project-specific liability allocation in their written agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights that applicable law makes mandatory. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive a statutory complaint right, or prevent a party from seeking urgent relief where appropriate.
Disputes, governing law, and updates
Please first raise a service concern in writing, identifying the engagement and requested resolution. Both parties should make a reasonable effort to resolve it through direct discussion. Unless the accepted agreement specifies otherwise, Arkansas law governs the engagement, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
We may update these website terms as our services or practices change. The revision date identifies the current version. An update does not retroactively change an accepted project agreement or remove an accrued right without an appropriate agreement or lawful basis. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
